Our Services

In-person and online Thai language classes, group and private lessons, level assessments, certificates of study, and assistance with ED Visa documentation. Course details, fees, and specific conditions vary by package.

Enrollment

Applicants must provide accurate and complete information/documents. The School reserves the right to verify information, request additional documents, or decline an application where there is reasonable cause to believe the information is false or the application is not made in good faith for genuine language study. If the applicant is a minor (under 20 years old), a parent or legal guardian must co-sign acceptance of these Terms and share responsibility for all fees under this agreement.

Fees and Payment

Students must pay tuition, registration, document processing, and other fees as notified by the School. Fees paid to government authorities, banks, or third parties are not revenue of the School and may change without notice. Students should retain proof of payment until the course or service is completed.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • No refund for services already rendered, or where the cause is the student’s own decision or fault (change of mind, absence, incomplete documents, breach of law, etc.).
  • Pro-rata refund of the unused portion where the cause is not the student’s fault — for example, a visa refusal for reasons outside either party’s control, or a force majeure event (after deducting non-recoverable costs such as government fees already paid).
  • Refunds, where due, will be processed within 30 days of approval.
  • This policy does not apply where the law requires a refund, or where the School cannot deliver the agreed service and cannot arrange a suitable alternative.

Schedule and Class Hours

Rescheduling private lessons requires advance notice as specified by the School. Late notice or absence will be treated as the class hour having been used. Group classes are not made up individually for absent students. Class hours must be used within the specified course period or they may expire (unless the pro-rata refund conditions above apply), and study rights may not be transferred to another person without permission.

The School may reschedule or cancel classes due to teacher unavailability, insufficient enrollment, force majeure, or system issues, and will arrange makeup classes or a suitable alternative.

Online Learning and Class Recordings

Students must arrange their own suitable device, internet connection, and study environment. If a student cannot attend due to their own equipment or connection issues, the class hour is treated as used. The School may record classes for educational review and teaching quality purposes. Students may not record or share class content without permission.

Student Responsibilities

Provide accurate information, pay fees on time, attend classes consistently, follow School rules, refrain from disruptive or inappropriate behavior, avoid substance use during class, and comply with Thai law, including immigration law. Students are responsible for damage caused by their own intentional or negligent acts.

Suspension or Termination of Service

The School may suspend or terminate services if a student fails to pay, provides false information, forges documents, engages in threatening behavior, or uses the service for unlawful purposes. In serious cases, no refund will be given. In other cases, the School will consider a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of services.

ED Visa — No Guarantee of Outcome

The School only assists with document preparation. Students must submit complete documents, attend classes as required, and report to and renew their visa with the relevant authorities according to law. Visa approval, refusal, category changes, and extensions of stay are solely at the discretion of the relevant government authorities. The School does not guarantee any visa outcome or processing timeline and is not liable for damages if a visa is refused for reasons outside the School’s control (refunds for unused services follow the policy above). Processing timelines given by the School are estimates only; students should not book non-refundable travel based solely on these estimates.

Intellectual Property

Textbooks, teaching materials, videos, logos, and website content are the property of the School. Students may use these materials for personal study only and may not reproduce, sell, distribute, or use them to teach others commercially without permission.

Personal Data and External Links

Personal data is handled in accordance with the School’s Privacy Policy. The website may link to third-party services (Google Maps, Zoom, Facebook, etc.), which are governed by their own policies. The School is not responsible for external services.

Limitation of Liability and Force Majeure

The School does not guarantee any particular learning outcome or language proficiency, and is not liable for indirect damages, loss of opportunity, or costs students pay to third parties, except where caused by the School’s willful misconduct or gross negligence, or as otherwise required by law (this does not limit any statutory consumer rights). The School is not liable for delays caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, epidemics, or government orders.

Complaints and Governing Law

If you have questions or complaints, please contact the School first. The School will respond within 15 business days. If a resolution cannot be reached, you retain the right to file a complaint with the Office of the Consumer Protection Board (OCPB) or other relevant authority. These Terms are governed by Thai law and do not limit any rights available to you under Thai consumer protection law.

Changes to These Terms

The School may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Changes affecting a course already paid for will take into account the original agreement and the student’s rights under law.
