Data We Collect

  • Minors’ data: student and parent/legal guardian information (a “minor” means anyone under 20 years of age)

  • Website data: IP address, cookies, and data submitted via online forms/CCTV footage

Sources of Data

Directly from you; from parents/legal guardians; from agents through whom you enrolled; from the website and social media; from relevant government authorities; and from payment or online learning platforms.

Purposes of Use

To process enrollment and manage classes; assess and issue certificates; process payments; prepare visa-related documents; coordinate in medical emergencies (including with hospitals/insurers); maintain security; improve services; send marketing communications (with consent); and comply with legal obligations.

Contractual necessity/pre-contractual requests, legal compliance, the School’s legitimate interests, consent, and protection of life or health. You may withdraw consent at any time.

If You Do Not Provide Data

The School may be unable to process your enrollment, manage your studies, issue documents, or fulfill your request if necessary data is not provided.

The School may disclose data, as necessary, to: School staff; parents; government authorities (Immigration, embassies, Ministry of Education); accountants/legal advisors; IT/cloud/payment service providers; and hospitals/insurers in emergencies. The School may use overseas service providers such as Google, Zoom, Meta/Facebook, and WhatsApp. Any such transfer will be made in accordance with Sections 28–29 of the PDPA, ensuring adequate data protection safeguards are in place.

Minors’ Data and Photos/Videos

Minors (under 20) — for those under 10, parental consent is always required; for those 10 and older, the minor may consent directly in some cases, but additional parental consent is required where the law demands it.

The School may take photos/videos for teaching and promotional purposes. Marketing use requires prior consent (including parental consent for minors). You may withdraw consent without affecting your right to study.

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time (the School may still contact you regarding your studies or payments).
